Signs of overflow in corners of Spout

We have an informational doorhanger that we have been putting out in neighborhoods this year.  We have a frequently asked questions section on it- one of which is how can I tell if my gutters are full?

One of the ways to do it without pulling a ladder out is to looked for washed out mulch in the flower beds.
Another way is to look for stains on the gutter.  This would indicate that the gutter is full of debris and overflowing when it rains.

Customer had called in indicating overflow near the bedroom window.
You can see signs of overflow in this picture.

You can see the massive amount of debris in the gutters

First I scooped out the debris by hand into buckets.
Then it was time to pull out the scrub brush to loosen any caked on sludge.

Time to flush out the downspout.
Here are those beautiful after shots of gutters that will now be flowing as they were designed.

That's the process in a nutshell.  I won't claim that every job is complicated.  However, if walking around on your roof is not something that you're comfortable with, we are here to serve you.
